Delivery

At ioxio.de you can be sure that we will always take care of the fastest delivery of the goods you order. But it is equally important to us that the items reach you in perfect condition. Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and almost everywhere in Europe.

Shipping costs for end customers*

Germany:

The flat-rate shipping fee is 5.90 € (DHL) per order within Germany. From 100€ value of goods we deliver free of shipping costs.

European Union (EU):

The flat-rate shipping fee is 12 € (DHL) per order within Europe. From 100€ value of goods we deliver free of shipping costs.

Switzerland, Lichtenstein:

The flat-rate shipping fee is 15,90 € (DHL) per order within Europe. From 100€ value of goods we deliver free of charge.

Shipping method

We ship with DHL as an insured parcel (shipping insurance is already included in the flat rate), but we reserve the right to ship with another parcel service provider of our choice. We do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge or packaging costs.
